What is “Save2Win''?

Save2Win is a unique savings program that helps people save money through a lottery-like system. Only difference with the lottery is that you can’t lose your money. In other words it is similar to the traditional savings product but with the added benefit of giving you the chance to enter into raffles for cash prizes. All you need to do is simply open a Save2Win account and deposit money into it. Every week, you’ll be entered into a lottery drawing with a chance to win rewards. The more you save the better your chances of winning!

How do I participate in the prize linked draw?

Please find the steps below:
1. Go to our website - Link here
2. Sign up by sharing your name, email address, and ID number
3. Wait for on OTP number that will be sent for you to log in
4. Read the “How it Works” and agree to the terms and conditions
5. Deposit a minimum of KES 500 for an entry 
6. Stand a chance to win in the weekly draws. The more deposits you make the higher the number of entries into the draws. (every KES 500 = 1 entry)

Winners are selected at random on a weekly basis via our external partners.

How do I deposit money into the “Save2Win” account?

You will be able to deposit money through an STK push that will be sent to your number as you’re navigating on the website.

How do I withdraw money from the “Save2Win” account?

You will be able to withdraw using the withdrawal option on the main menu. The money withdrawn will be sent to your depositing Mpesa account.

Does the money I deposit into the “Save2Win” earn interest?

No, it does not. This provides you a chance to enter into a raffle for cash prizes by making deposits into the account.

How does “Save2Win” work?

1. Save2Win is a Prize Linked Savings Account. You maintain your Saving Deposits and stand the chance to win a jackpot prize weekly. 
2. To enter the current week's draw, your deposits must be received by Friday 23:59 (All deposits made after 23:59, will be counted towards the next week's draw).

Every entry qualifies you for 2 types of entries: 
Entry 1: Raffle
- Each time you deposit KES 500 into Save2Win, you will receive a Raffle entry, where each entry is put into a pool and 3 winners are selected weekly, winning KES 2,500 each.  For each entry, you will be able to pick a number for Koa Ball first from a bucket of 1-69 numbers; following this you will be able to pick 6 numbers on the same entry from a different bucket of 1-69 numbers, where the number selection cannot be repeated (i.e. if you pick 25 for 1/6 number, your 2/6 number cannot be 25 again); All 7 numbers will be drawn each week. Meaning, you can have the same number selected between the Koa Ball and one of the six other numbers.

Entry 2: Koa Ball + 6 Number Draw
- For each entry, you will be able to pick a number for Koa Ball first from a bucket of 1 - 69 numbers; following this you will be able to pick 6 numbers on the same entry from a different bucket of 1 - 69 numbers, where the number selection cannot be repeated (i.e. if you pick 25 for 1/6 number, your 2/6 number cannot be 25 again); All 7 numbers will be drawn each week. Meaning, you can have the same number selected between the Koa Ball and one of the six other numbers.

Both Raffle and Koa Ball Draws will happen weekly simultaneously.  

Can I reuse my entries for next week's draw?

Yes! The entries can be reused in the following week's draw and each one beyond that. If you have KES 1000, in your account, you are entitled to 2 entries. If you withdraw KES 100, you will be left with KES 900, this entitles you to 1 entry. 

What is the minimum required balance to participate in the draw?

The minimum amount you will be required to have in your Save2Win account is KES 500 which gives you 1 entry into the draw. 

Am I charged for deposits?

No. Deposits into your Save2Win account will attract no fee.

Am I charged for withdrawals?

Yes. Each withdrawal from your Save2Win account will attract a fee of KES 50 regardless of the amount.

How many participants can win?

Any number of participants whose number selections match with the draws conducted can win.

When does Save2Win program end?
The Save2Win program is set to end on the 31st of January. Season two will start shortly after.

Can I refer someone?
‍Yes you can. Refer your friends by copying the referral link on your clipboard that’s at the top of your dashboard.

Where will my winnings be sent?

The winners of each draw will automatically receive their winnings in their Save2Win accounts.

How many draws are conducted?

Draws will be conducted every week and will give the opportunity for participants to win both the weekly KES 2500 and the grand prize of KES 200,000 - KES 20M.

What do I require to open a Save2Win account?

1. A smartphone with WhatsApp application installed.
2. A registered M-pesa number to deposit to and withdraw from your Save to Win account.
3. Completing all the fields provided with the correct information.
4. Accepting the terms and conditions.


When does the draw happen?

The draw happens every Friday 12am

How do I win?

To win the Save2Win promotion you need to accumulate your tickets. You do this by depositing more hence more entries which is then equal to more tickets. The more  tickets the higher the chances of them being picked in the random draw. Go make your deposit now!

‍Are my winnings taxed?
‍Yes. All winnings will be subject to a 20% withholding tax as per the regulator’s guidelines.

What Prizes can be won?

If a participant manages to have all 6 Koa Number Draw matches and the Koa Ball match at the same time they will be eligible to win the KES  20,000,000 prize. If there are multiple participants who manage both these matches of all 6 numbers and the Koa ball during the same draw period or session, the prize will be split evenly between the number of participants who have acquired these matches.
